COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
SevenHomes have engaged with key stakeholders to ensure that the redevelopment of the college considers the impact on the community. Our application demonstrates policy compliant and usable open space as well as providing significant contributions to enhance local infrastructure.
With careful consideration, we have demonstrated a workable development phasing plan which ensures that our development will not disrupt the primary educational purposes of the college.

LATEST MILESTONE
The site benefits from outline consent for up to 195 dwellings.
In October 2023 SevenHomes have submitted a reserved matters application for 147 units with a 3G sports pitch, associated public open space car parking for up to 400 spaces.
