PROGRESS SO FAR

DELIVERY

We anticipate a planning decision later in 2025. SevenHomes is committed to delivering new homes that support local growth, respond to community needs, and make the best possible use of available land.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We are working closely with the Parish Council and the Local Planning Authority planning officers, environmental specialists, and local representatives to ensure this development is designed with the community in mind. The layout has been shaped by technical and ecological constraints to ensure a sustainable and respectful approach to development.

LATEST MILESTONE

The planning application was submitted on 30th May 2025, marking a key milestone toward delivering high-quality new homes within the established settlement boundary.

KEY FEATURES

30 brand new homes, comprising a mix of detached, semi-detached, and terraced properties. The scheme includes a proportion of Affordable Housing.

2.91 Acres – part brownfield, part greenfield

This well-located site benefits from a legacy of prior use, allowing us to regenerate brownfield land while reducing the need to build on untouched countryside. In addition to new housing, we’re investing in biodiversity enhancements through an offsite habitat solution and will be contributing to local infrastructure as part of the planning process.

Site Being Promoted

Netherton Lane

Bridgnorth

Situated on the edge of Shropshire’s picturesque countryside, our proposed development at Netherton Lane offers a chance to transform a former industrial site into a thoughtfully designed new neighbourhood. Located within the Highley Settlement Boundary, this project will deliver much-needed housing while bringing unused land back into positive use. SevenHomes are proud to bring forward a scheme that blends seamlessly with the village setting and delivers lasting value to the community.
